The Rosebank Wellbeing Centre is hosting an Open Day on Saturday 15th February to showcase their services, give sample treatments and offer advice to the public.

The family-run Rosebank Sports shop, situated at the top end of Witton Street, has been trading for 35 years however they have recently restructured to incorporate the new Wellbeing Centre.

The Open Day will give the public a chance to take a look at the facility and get a free taster of what they have to offer.

A varied team of fully qualified therapists have joined together to provide guidance, support and treatment for both physical and mental health needs with owner Tony commenting: “We’ve got plenty of therapists on board to help with one of our main aspirations which is to treat the mind and the body.

“They’re all very well qualified individual therapists who are working as a group and we’re very proud to offer that to Northwich.”

There are a number of mind therapists working from the centre to help with the complexities of the brain. Their therapy services include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Reiki.

They also have several therapists who will help you understand your body and provide appropriate treatment so you can live a longer, healthier life. Their services include Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Matrix Rhythm Therapy and more.

Leanne Astbury, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist at the Rosebank Wellness Centre, shared her excitement for the event and mentioned how the therapists will be at the Open Day to give information.

“Even if people just want to pop in for a bit of advice and some tips on managing anxiety or low mood, we’ll all be here and happy to answer any questions for you.”

The Open Day is taking place at the Rosebank Wellbeing Centre on Saturday 15th February from 10am – 3:30pm. There will be refreshments provided as well as the chance to meet the therapists and discuss treatments.
