The owner of a thriving Northwich business is encouraging the residents of the town to support their local restaurants, bars and shops.

Stateside Bar and Kitchen owner Lyn Taylor has commented on the venue’s success since opening in November 2018, and the positive future of Northwich due to its expanding retail and leisure offering.

Lyn has also highlighted the benefits that come with being part of a thriving community of business owners within the town centre, particularly in the form of the continued support they provide one another to ensure their success: “We all do something a little bit different and we’re all working together to make our town more of a destination in a bid to compete against other locations outside of Northwich.”

She continued by discussing the support she’s received from the residents in the surrounding area and how this is a key part of ensuring the town’s retail and leisure offering continues to move in an upward trajectory.

“The future for Northwich is bright but it won’t be overnight. So long as people in the surrounding communities decide to shop local and invest in their town the recent improvements should continue.”

Stateside Bar and Kitchen has certainly benefited from Lyn’s extensive knowledge and experience as a business owner within the industry and has proven to be a popular venue as the only restaurant to serve American cuisine within the local area.

Lyn said: “Our evenings have been really busy during the week and our night time offering on the weekend has proved to be extremely popular.

“I like to think to think of it as a ‘three-stage’ place – you can come in for drinks and a delicious dinner that everyone will enjoy, then come back downstairs and enjoy cocktails and music until 2am! You can spend your whole night here.”

There are a host of exciting plans for the restaurant and bar for the upcoming months, including the recent expansion of their outdoor space in preparation for the warmer months where guests will enjoy live music and drinks with views overlooking the river.

The team also plans to introduce a ‘fine-dining’ American experience, whilst still keeping the much-loved classics, as well as new cocktails every month, takeaway food, and cocktail masterclasses for large parties to enjoy together.

Lyn is extremely proud of what has been achieved so far and has high aspirations for Stateside Bar and Kitchen’s future: “The feedback from our visitors so far has been fantastic. I think the quality of our service, home-made food and drinks makes all the difference.

Whether you’re coming with a few friends, your family or a large party we have something for everyone! We’re open for brunch from 12pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am on Sunday and continue to serve delicious food and drinks throughout the day.”
